RETURNS
Should you not enjoy your artwork, Atelier Elizabeth Rose will happily exchange the item for in-store credit. This is provided that we receive the return within 30 days from your order and as long as the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
We are happy to replace or exchange for store credit any broken or damaged items within 30 days of your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection and of your replacement or voucher. If approved, your replacement or voucher will be processed and you will receive an email with details.
Many of the goods are handmade therefore they are of a delicate nature and may vary slightly between orders. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
