For the UK all deliveries are shipped Royal Mail next day delivery. Orders can be shipped worldwide. Please contact Atelier Elizabeth Rose for a quotation.

Lead Times: 

Collections Lead Time 3 - 4 weeks. 

Customised Lead Time 4 - 6 weeks. 

Commissions Lead Time 6 -8 weeks.

Returns: 

Atelier Elizabeth Rose takes great care with its product photography to make sure that we are providing you with pictures that accurately and fairly represent the products we sell. However, due to the handmade nature of pieces, and inconsistencies in how different computer screens reproduce colours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly the same as you see on your computer screen. Therefore we advise you purchase the palettes for accurate colour matching and request a sample of cream card and/or raffia. Atelier Elizabeth Rose products are made to order only ensuring each piece is unique. Atelier Elizabeth Rose does not accept returns unless the product is damaged in transit or the product is faulty. Please inspect goods upon delivery. If products are damaged or faulty please inform Atelier Elizabeth Rose within 24 hours and include photographic evidence. Faulty or damaged products must be returned to the Atelier within 21 days. Should the item(s) meet the returns criteria a sum will be debited to the original account excluding the original shipping cost. 

Lamp bases: 

All lamp bases are re-wired and PAT Tested where applicable, for the UK. If you require rewiring for another country please contact Atelier Elizabeth Rose.
